"Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to CARGOFY EXPRESS. "User," "you," or "your" refers to any person or entity using our services. "Services" refers to all shipping, logistics, and tracking services provided by CARGOFY EXPRESS.

3. Shipping Services

CARGOFY EXPRESS provides domestic and international shipping services subject to the following conditions:

  • All shipments must comply with applicable laws and regulations of origin and destination countries.
  • Prohibited items include but are not limited to: hazardous materials, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, perishables without proper packaging, and items restricted by law.
  • Weight and dimensional limits apply based on service type and destination.
  • Declared values must accurately reflect the shipment contents.

4. Liability & Insurance

CARGOFY EXPRESS's liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited as follows:

  • Standard liability coverage is limited to $100 per shipment unless additional insurance is purchased.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
  • Proper packaging is the responsibility of the shipper.

5. Tracking Services

Our tracking system provides estimated delivery information based on current shipment status. While we strive for accuracy, tracking information is provided as a courtesy and may not reflect real-time status in all cases.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of shipment unless a credit account has been established. We reserve the right to hold shipments for unpaid invoices and to charge interest on overdue accounts.

7. Customs & Duties

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees unless otherwise specified. CARGOFY EXPRESS may act as your agent for customs clearance but is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

8. Prohibited Actions

Users agree not to:

  • Ship prohibited or illegal items
  • Provide false or misleading shipment information
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Use our services for fraudulent purposes
  • Interfere with our tracking or operational systems

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CARGOFY EXPRESS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Modifications

CARGOFY EXPRESS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CARGOFY EXPRESS is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
